Our Story

Every company has a reason behind its beginning. Rugrat Entertainment Management & Business Consulting (RREMBC) is a company that was inspired by a little boy, age 15, with a passion for lyrical artistry. Founded February 1, 2015, and licensed the following year, Ms. Ife' (Shine) Miller's son Dwayne E. Wharton, Jr. also known as Flex Tha Kidd, was given the opportunity to name the company his mother started to protect his and other developing unsigned independent artists' intellectual properties while helping them understand they are more than just music; they are a business and a brand. In addition, Shine now has another star child, Adonis Damionte' Miller, also known as Prince Damo with an even more powerful gift of lyricism.

 

With the uniquely undefined sentiment that came with the name for the company, Shine chose to stand with the name despite the opposition that could have risen with the name alone. Outside of Shine's personal life challenges, she has maintained the business lifecycle of her virtual business while providing above exceptional and exemplary services, maintaining the work ethic and integrity of the business.

 

With a bachelor's degree in business administration, and a master's degree in management to back the risky move, RREMBC was born with a vengeance and prominent determination to create building blocks for successful outcomes. Shine has a passion with helping others and she stood on her faith to help anyone make their dream turn into visions for the world to see. This was the beginning of a family legacy that she knew would take a lot of personal time and financial investment to maintain its solidification and continued operability.
